Stories STORIES

Carlo's Story:

Carlo's Story

My name is Carlo and I am 38 years old. I am married to Ashanti with whom I share seven children with. I am the local council chairman. I have lived here since I was born. I love the area so much because of its fertile soil for agriculture. My people drink water from a seasonal stream that dries up during the dry seasons. Access to a clean drinking water source has been our biggest challenge. I’m so much happy that the challenge is no more. May the peace of God be with you.”

Dorin's Story:

Dorin's Story

“My name is Dorin and I am 35 years old. I am married to Patrick. My husband and I are blessed with three children. I have lived in the area for 6 years, but before I live in Lobo. We moved here due to the insecurity from Kony rebels. We drink water from a stream about three kilometers away. We are often affected by a lot sickness like diarrhea and typhoid due to lack of a clean water source. Glory be to God and may He continue to bless you.”
